The Wellness Evolution path offers a blueprint to get you there.  It runs in 12-week cycles and offers weekly 60/90-minute coaching sessions with me, daily accountability with personalized feedback, and the opportunity to renew with different areas of focus. 

 

Whether you are new on this journey or seasoned, a professional looking to self-care while you care for others, or simply a personal development aficionado, there is something for you.

 

This Wellness Evolution offers a path that is as unique as you are. 


If you would like to interview me, you can book a 20-minute free consultation to sense if we might be a good fit. If you would like me to come to the meeting already knowing more about you so that I can give you more immediate feedback on how I can serve your needs, you can take this questionnaire ahead of our meeting so that I can prepare in advance instead of asking you questions.  Either way works and depends only upon your preference. 

 

Another option is to complete the questionnaire and message me for a 60-minute discounted, one-off, no strings attached, coaching session.

 

Standard packages begin at 12-weeks and can progress into a 12-month deeper dive. This includes the option for daily check-ins for customized support and weekly virtual 60-90-minute 1:1 sessions. Most coaching is hosted in my secure zoom space.
