Meet your instructor
I created this course to bridge the gap between what coaches are trained to do and what clients actually need: a deeper, more human-centered approach that inspires meaningful change while staying firmly within the coaching scope of practice.
I know that scope well. I've worked in human services for decades, in health care settings and in private practice. I'm dually board-certified in coaching in the United States — as a Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Board-Certified Life Coach (BCC). In Greece, I am a Registered Psychologist. My path to becoming a Level 3-trained, IFS Certified Practitioner — a multi-year process of training, supervised practice, and personal work — shaped how I support clients through lasting change: not by fixing parts of themselves, but by creating space and inviting self-directed self-leadership.
Maybe you're a personal development nerd like me, and you're wondering how that IFS book, workshop, or experience you had might actually integrate into your coaching work. Maybe you simply need continuing education hours to recertify, and you're curious about IFS.
This course is built around what I look for when I'm feeding my own professional development appetite. I sincerely hope it serves you well and you enjoy it.
Warmly,
