Coaching for Coaches
Something About IFS Called to You
Maybe it shifted the way you see your clients. Maybe it shifted the way you see yourself. Either way, you didn't just learn about a framework — you recognized something. And now you're here, wondering what it looks like to go deeper.
That's what this space is for.

What This Is
I'm TheresaWV — an IFS Level 3 Certified Practitioner and NBC-HWC Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I've spent years integrating IFS into coaching practice — not as a technique to apply, but as a way of working that creates sustainable and transformative change.
This isn't a course catalog. It's a community of practice. CE offerings are part of it, but they're not all of it. What I'm building here is a space where coaches can deepen their relationship with the model, with their clients, and with themselves — at whatever pace makes sense for their life and their work and within scope of practice.

What's Available
If you want to start now — 1:1 IFS Practice Coaching
You don't have to wait for a group or a course. If you're a coach who wants focused, personal support in deepening your IFS practice, I work with coaches 1:1. This isn't business coaching — it's IFS-centered work: understanding your own parts more fully, navigating what comes up in your coaching relationships, and learning to be Self led, in a sustained, embodied way.
Here's what I've found: the coaches who bring IFS most powerfully to their clients are the ones who've sat with their own system — not just studied it. That deep familiarity is what moves this work from something you know to something you embody. It's the shift from head to heart, and your clients feel the difference.
If this sounds like what you've been looking for, reach out. I'd love to talk.

If you want community — Group Practice Series
A non-CE group series for coaches who want a place to practice IFS together. No performance, no pressure — just real exploration with peers who are in it too. Groups open periodically. Join the list to be the first to know when the next one is forming.
If you want CE — IFS-Informed Coaching Courses
Two foundational, self-paced courses are coming this summer. Each is designed to do two things at once: meet continuing education requirements and take you experientially deeper into the IFS model through a coaching lens. The content qualifies for NBHWC CE hours, with BCC approval in progress. The experience changes how you coach.
Join the list below to hear when they launch. In the meantime, explore what's currently available:

If you want to keep learning — The Blog and Newsletter
Regular insights on IFS integration, the inner work of coaching, and what it actually looks like to build a practice around this model. No noise. Just what's worth saying.

A Note on How I'm Building This
This space is growing intentionally — not quickly, but with purpose. My aim isn't a course library. It's a body of work that's genuinely worth your time: resources that move your practice forward, CE hours that go somewhere real, and a community that keeps developing alongside you.
The foundational courses are coming this summer. What grows from there will be shaped in part by what this community needs — and by you directly. If there are IFS topics you're eager to explore, questions that keep surfacing in your practice, or areas you want to go deeper, I'd love to hear about them. Send me a note. That kind of conversation is where the best things get built.
